The the shabu shabu has simple broth soup and quality ingredients, with 2 types of dipping sauce (vinager soy sauce or sesame sauce). My favorite meat choice is the "kamonegi (duck meat with spring onion)", and I usually order the "mugitoro (grinded yam goey paste on barley rice)". Finally, my favorite favorite part of the meal is the final closing bowl of clear soup from the shabu shabu broth. I really feel warm and blessed drinking the simple soup. Especially like to come here when the weather is cold, but need to come early because there's limited seats and always a line.
